Check out a selection of some of our standout projects

This barn roof Pod was built for a local artist. The elevated roof provided her with a lot of extra space for hanging her work. The walls were fitted with OSB-backed plasterboard which allows for thumbtacks and pins to be installed and removed easily to allow for constant rearranging of her work. The Pod featured a sink with a worktop so that paint brushes could be cleaned.

Artist Studio project - Finglas, Dublin

This Lawn Pod was built to be used as a home office for a consultant. The Pod was the perfect size and provided enough space for a large desk and plenty of storage for files. The acrylic render was chosen so the Pod would match the house more than a timber cladding.

Home Office project - Newbridge, Kildare

This triangular Lawn Pod was designed in such a way that it would provide a great view of the pond below. The location of this Pod was breathtaking and the finishes were chosen so that the Pod would compliment the surroundings.

Living Room project - Greystones, Wicklow

This 25m² Lawn Pod features Western Red Cedar Cladding, a beautiful timber that is smooth to the touch and has excellent colour variation. This Pod created a perfect living room and home gym.

Living Room / Home Gym project - Naas, Kildare

This beautiful pod is 25m² and features a full bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This layout is perfect for an additional living room or overflow accommodation. The kitchen provides a practical way to make small meals and a well-needed cuppa!

Living Room project - Portmarnock, Dublin

Outdoor Open-Sided Room project - Greystones, Wicklow

This project is a little different to our usual. The brief was to create a covered area where the client could spend warm evenings outside in a comfortable space. Perfect for barbecues on sunny days and entertaining guests.

Home Office/Living Room project - Lucan, Dublin

This Pod was built to have a dual purpose. The client needed a new home office to work from and an additional space to relax in the evenings. The Pod also featured a beautiful covered pergola to keep everyone dry on rainy days!

Home Office project - Drogheda, Louth

This Pod featured 2 rooms. One for the client to use as a home office and the other for storage. This layout is perfect for those who need additional living space but also storage space. The storage area is a stylish alternative to a traditional shed.

Home Gym project - Balrath Cross, Meath

This Pod is one of our most requested. The client came to us with an unusual request, a barn-style roof. At first, we were hesitant to take it on but after a few weeks of planning, we decided it was possible and we went ahead with the work. The Garden Room came out better than we all expected. The curved corrugated roof makes the building look like a renovated hay barn and the horizontal ship lap cladding gave it a rustic look, exactly what the client wanted. The interior was fitted with a board and batten style finish that compliments the overall design.

Office/Showroom project - Portlaw, Waterford

This Pod was built for an interior designer in Waterford and is one of our favourites! The all-black exterior is a lovely contrast to the surrounding area but does not stick out. The pod featured a full bathroom, kitchen, storage cabinets, and an open partition to visually separate the show area from the office desk. You can really see the creative touch of our client with the beautiful colours and finishes.

Office/Living Room project - Stillorgan, Dublin

This garden room was built so that the client’s kids could have a space of their own to enjoy a film and hang out with friends. The room also served as a home office for the client and featured a toilet and basin to save them from having to run back to the house!

Home Office/Utility Room project - Perrystown, Dublin

This Garden room was built with planning permission and featured 3 functional rooms. A home office so the client could work comfortable from home, a utility room fitted with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a storage room for a lawnmower and garden tools.

Home Office project - Leixlip, Kildare

This Pod was another unusual request. The client had a house with a very awkward garden. The garden was triangular in shape and as a result, a lot of it went unused. The client wanted to build a home office that would give him a dedicated space to work and play music, but would also help to square up the garden. The garden room also featured an overhang to the boundary which allowed the client to store bikes and tools.

Extension project - Knocklyon, Dublin

This extension was needed by the client to provide some additional space in the house. The brief was to extend an existing conservatory with a Lawn Pod building and provide the client with a new bedroom and kitchenette.

Company Office project - Navan, Meath

This 5-room Garden Room was required for expansion at a local business in Navan, county Meath. The 3 offices were complimented with a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. The building has given the client great functionality and space. The exterior was fitted with Cedar cladding with its excellent colour variation, contrasted by the dark grey aluminium overhang.

Home Office/Storage project - Leopardstown, Dublin

The brief for this home office was simple; construct a dedicated home office so that the owner could regain a bedroom in the house and replace an existing garden shed with an incorporated storage area. The project came out wonderfully it helped that the client had great taste. The standout ceiling light gave the room a contemporary look and the Larch cladded shed door gave the face of the building a lovely clean look.

Home Office project - Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

This 3m x 3m home office was exactly what the client needed. After working out of a busy living room for over a year, the client needed a dedicated (and quiet) working space so she could focus on an important start-up business. In Silicone Valley, companies are started in Garages…in Dublin, they are started in Garden Rooms!

Pool Room/Home Office project - Ashtown, Dublin

This 8m x 5m Garden Room was built with planning permission as a home office and a pool room. The client needed a dedicated working space, free from the everyday chaos of a family home, and he also wanted a comfortable room for playing pool with friends. The end result was a spacious and cosy room that also featured an incorporated storage area for garden tools and bikes. The client opted for a half-timber half-metal exterior that we think looks smashing.
